Commercial Excellence – Subject Matter Expert
Mr Peter Lee serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Commercial Excellence, focusing on strengthening commercial operations, supporting new business initiatives, and driving process improvements. With a deep understanding of commercial frameworks and operational efficiency, he provides advisory support to optimize workflows, enhance coordination across functions, and ensure seamless execution of commercial processes. His role also involves guiding new projects and initiatives to support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
In his previous role, Mr. Lee joined Fortrec in 2024 as Commercial Head where he played a crucial role in overseeing commercial and trading activities, collaborating with a broad network of buyers and sellers to foster strategic partnerships across the region.
With an extensive tenure with Chevron and over 30 years of experience in the Petroleum, Lubricating Oil and Additive industry, he has held several senior roles where his responsibilities encompassed key account management, customer service excellence and spearheading complex commercial projects. His commercial acumen has been instrumental in launching new businesses and expanding the company’s portfolio in the marketplace.
Mr Lee holds an Executive MBA from California State University of Hayward.
